Artwork Specifications

•  For raster art (most commonly jpg, tif, gif, bmp, or psd files) we need the image to be 300 dpi or higher and the file must be the actual size you’d like it to be printed. Anything less might not be printable.  
•  For spot color we prefer printing from vector art (most commonly ai or eps files). 
•  All fonts must be converted to outlines/shapes.      

Turnaround

•  Standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the time artwork and payment are received.
•  We are always happy to accommodate rush orders to meet your deadline.
•  Rush charges: 1 day = 100%, 2 day = 75%, 3 day = 50%, 4 day = 25% -- subject to availability and rush charges for garment/ supply delivery.

Disclaimers

•  All prices subject to change
•  Prints in non-traditional locations (over seams, collars, buttons, zippers, pockets etc.) may result in areas of distress or heavy ink deposits. OSP can not be help accountable for flaws under these conditions. That being said, we are happy to work with customers desiring unique print placement. Get in touch and we can discuss some options to make these prints turn out.
•  Ink colors in digital proofs may vary from those in actual prints due to discrepancies/ variables in computer monitors. We make every effort to make them as accurate as possible, but when exact colors are important, be sure to supply us with Pantone colors (even if they are for reference only).
•  We make every effort to complete your order without mistakes, but missprints are an unfortunate aspect of screen printing. On customer supplied garments, we require a 3% damage allowance per print location (minimum 1 piece). It is advisable to order more if an exact final count is vital. Manufacturer flaws are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment

•  We require upfront payment on all orders
•  We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), cash or check.
•  Terms are available for qualified customers
•  WI residents subject to 5.6% sales tax

Shipping

•  Standard UPS rates -- add $3.00 per box handling
•  3rd Party shipments upon request -- add $1.50 per box handling
•  International/APO shipments -- $25 paperwork fee
•  Freight rates available for larger orders upon request
