To place an order, email  with the following information:

1. A polite greeting

2. Your complete address (SHIPPING & BILLING), phone number, & email address

3. The type, color, quantity, & sizes of garment you would like to print on. For t-shirts if you'd just like to go with a standard 50/50 blend or 100% cotton shirt we will use either Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Jerzees, or Gildan. Otherwise let us know what you have in mind and we'd be happy to work with you. We can get our hands on just about anything at wholesale prices.

4. Any specifications concerning placement of print, color of ink and/or PMS color matching.

5. Get us your artwork.

-We know artwork can be tricky if you’re not a graphic designer, so don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you have. We like to help!

-For raster art (most commonly jpg, tif, gif, bmp, or psd files) we need the image to be 300 dpi or higher and the file must be the actual size you’d like it to be printed. Anything less might not be printable.

-For spot color we love printing from vector art (most commonly ai or eps files). Unlike with raster images, we can blow these up to whatever size you’d like. Just send ‘em on over.

-No matter the type of file, all fonts must be converted to outlines/shapes. We may not have the font you used in your design, and won't be able to tell that our computer is replacing it with another random font. If you're not sure how to do this, feel free to ask and we'd be happy to walk you through it.

-If you've got your artwork drawn out by hand and would like to ship it to us or drop it off, we can scan it for a flat fee of $15 per page (+ any shipping costs associated with getting it back to you).

Once we have everything we need we will send you a final quote, with full explanations of all the costs. Then...

Payment

-Full payment is required prior to production.

-We accept Visa/ Mastercard over the phone OR checks/ money orders (made out to Orchard Street Press LLC) through the mail OR cash in person. If you send cash through mail and it never makes it here, we will say"I told you so", because we all know how dumb that is.

Turn Around Time

Turnaround for standard shirt orders of 500 or less is 7-10 business days. We start counting from the second we have received payment and do our best to get things to you as quickly as possible. Turnaround time is not a guarantee, however if we can forsee any hold ups, we will let you know immediately. Likewise let us know if you have a deadline by which you need your order. Rush fees are 10% of the total cost of the order per day for orders that need to be completed in less than 10 days.

Let us know if you would like to save some money by picking up your order from our location in Walker's Point/Milwaukee. Shipments will be sent UPS Ground unless otherwise noted.
