Getting us your artwork

- We know artwork can be tricky if you’re not a graphic designer, so don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you have. We like to help!

- For raster art (most commonly jpg, tif, gif, bmp, or psd files) we need the image to be 300 dpi or higher and the file must be the actual size you’d like it to be printed. Anything less might not be printable.

- For spot color we love printing from vector art (most commonly ai or eps files). Unlike with raster images, we can blow these up to whatever size you’d like. Just send ‘em on over.

- No matter the type of file, all fonts must be converted to outlines/shapes. We may not have the font you used in your design, and won't be able to tell that our computer is replacing it with another random font. If you're not sure how to do this, feel free to ask and we'd be happy to walk you through it.

- If you've got your artwork drawn out by hand and would like to ship it to us or drop it off, we can scan it for a flat fee of $15 per page (+ any shipping costs associated with getting it back to you).

Once we have everything we need we will send you a final quote, with full explanations of all the costs.
